Preserve hyperlinks — keeps all clickable links in your saved file.
Clean output — removes navigation menus, ads, and other clutter.

📍 Capturing What You Want

Academy's WYWIWYG puts you in control of exactly what gets saved. Use Select Range to capture as little or as much as you need — from a single paragraph to an entire article. This works especially well on sites like Yahoo and MSN that have continuous scrolling pages with no natural end.

1
Choose your format and options in the panel, then click Select Range.
2
Click your start point on the word you want to capture. Once you do, it highlights green.
3
Scroll down as far as you need, then click your end point wherever you want the doc to stop. It creates a blue line. Click capture.
4
Choose your save location when prompted.
You decide where the capture starts and stops — scroll through an entire article or grab just one section. You're always in control of what gets saved.

🎯 Capture AI Chat

Captures the text you want from your ai chat areas. Use generic if the chat profile isn't there.

1
Click the capture profle button you want to use. Then, click the capture 1 button and pick where you want it to begin capturing (the first word). Do the same with the capture 2 button for the last word (where you want it to end).

If you want to save it as a pdf, make sure you pick that in the format area and open the windows pdf area from the software after pressing the download button. Then, click control and P together or command and P, depending on whether you use windows or mac. That will put the document in the windows pdf area and set it up for you. Next, click save and you will be able to save the entire doc as a pdf.

You can also convert from pdf to word or reverse. Below all the other boxes are two choices: go to our website (verify button) to check on information, to make sure it's actually correct or convert from pdf to word.
3
Choose where to save your file. Click Save

📍 Select Range

Lets you pick a precise start and end point on the page by clicking, even across sections that require scrolling.

1
Click Select Range in the panel. A floating black control panel will appear on the page or just above or below the blue and white panel.
2
Click your start point on the page. The element will be highlighted in green.
3
Then scroll down and click where you want it to stop. It will create a blue line and the capture can now begin.
4
Now, click capture. Wait for it to finish.

Choose your save location when prompted. After saving, click
Reset Selection to pick a new area, or Close to dismiss the panel. HTM, PDF, and Text are done the same way.
You can change the output format (Word, Text, HTM, PDF) directly in the floating panel before capturing.

📄 PDF to Word Converter

Converts an existing PDF file on your computer into an editable Word document.

1
Click Open PDF Converter at the bottom of the panel.
2
Drag and drop your PDF onto the converter window, or click the drop zone to browse for your file.
3
Click Convert to Word. Text-based PDFs convert instantly. Scanned or image-based PDFs use automatic text recognition (OCR), which may take a moment on the first run.
4
Your Word file downloads automatically. Click Convert Another File to convert a second PDF.
